Freight Damages
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments for freight damage before signing for the product from the freight carrier. If you receive a product that is visually damaged, you may refuse delivery or note that the product is "damaged." Please notify AwningOutpost.com immediately by sending an e-mail to info@awningoutpost.com or call (800) 501-5102 Access Code 00. If anyone fails to note the damage and signs for the product(s), you have assumed all liability for the product and AwningOutpost.com will not be responsible for replacement of damaged parts or components.

If anyone signed for the package and did not note any damage at the time of signing, please contact the freight company directly to file a damage claim.

If you discover "Concealed or Hidden Damage" after you sign for the product, please contact us immediately and we will contact Carefree to arrange for replacement of the damaged parts or components.
